Return of old faves (part 2)

The other big moth we had in last night is one we hadn't been visited by for weeks. It is the Bright-line Brown Eye, a noted pest of tomato plants. This example is a late developer as this species supposedly flies in June and July; then again this year has taken an awfully long time to warm up properly. It lays its eggs on many plants besides tomatoes, including bind weed and stinging nettles which we have in some abundance the minute I slack off the gardening.
This is another I can now put a name to on sight, thanks to the line along the wing edge (with the distictive W shaped jag) as well as the bright orange dot on the upper wings and the white ringed patch above.
