Underneath the ivy

We have a mass of ivy hanging off the back fence and yesterday I went bug hunting. Under the first leaf I turned over I found a small vivid green cricket-type creature which I took a couple of photos of. I turned over another leaf a couple of feet away and found another small vivid green cricket. The closest resemblance I can find is the Oak Bush-cricket though the habitat doesn't fit, so perhaps it is an immature example of something else?

Unlike the unfortunate folk further north we've had wet but not uncontrollably so. Sadly three people have lost their lives in the flooding and my thoughts are with their families and friends. My sympathies are also with those who this morning are waking up to be confronted by the colossal task that is drying out a flood damaged building.

His Lordship, by the way was mightily impressed by my ability to put a common name to the green lurker in the bathroom, still there late last night but gone this morning.
